Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Maud's Loco Hot Cocoa Original or Maud's Loco Hot Cocoa Peppermint Bark
• 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 3 drops peppermint oil
• Whipped cream 
• Chocolate shavings
• Peppermint shavings

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine brewed hot cocoa pod, chopped chocolate, and peppermint oil. Stir until melted.
2. Pour mixture into mug, top with with whipped cream, chocolate & peppermint shavings, and enjoy!
