Beverage and Consumable Product Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your coffee for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.

Brewer Returns

Brewers purchased on ShopBlends.com may be replaced for any manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a replacement. 

 

Gift Card Returns

Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.  All sales of gift cards are considered final.

 

Gift Orders

Product shipped to you from ShopBlends.com as a gift may be exchanged for product of equal value, or refunded to the original form of payment.
