Bloody Vampire Frappuccino
by Beatrice MarkenzonSep 24, 2021
Ingredients:
- 1 shot, Maud's Brazil Alto Mogiana Italian Espresso brewed; or 1 pod, Maud's In the House, brewed strong
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 & 1/2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
- Whipped cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions:
-
For the white chocolate sauce, microwave white chocolate chips with milk for at least a minute. Stir until chips liquify with the milk. Cool and set aside.
-
Pour in your freshly brewed espresso or coffee in a tall glass. Use strawberry syrup to line the inside of the glass for a 'bloody appearance.'
-
In a blender, mix white chocolate sauce and ice until ice is pulverized. If you prefer a milkshake, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream instead of ice.
-
Pour mixture into glass, top with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup, sprinkle white chocolate chips, and enjoy!
