Mint Mojito Iced Coffee

  • 1/2 cup of Maud's Cold Brew
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leave
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Ice


  1. Add cold brew, water, and syrup to the cocktail shaker.

  2. Add mint leave and muddle into mixture.

  3. Pour in heavy cream and a handful of ice.

     4. Place the cover on the cocktail shaker and shake until all ingredients are incorporated and chilled.

     5. Strain drink into a glass filled with ice and enjoy!
