In these challenging times our goal as an essential business is to put the safety of our customers and employees as our NUMBER ONE priority. Our Intelligent Blends team is working hard to consistently adapt to the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic so we can protect the health of our customers and employees, while upholding our commitment to you.
To ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers the Intelligent Blends team follows all CDC guidelines, social distancing and cleaning best practices.
Our team is closely monitoring the latest updates regarding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have put preventive measures in place to guard our products, employees and workplaces against infection:
- Contactless Pod and Bag Manufacturing Process where no human has any contact with any coffee or tea as it is manufactured and packed
- Strictly adhering to the CDC guidelines, daily updates and advisories.
- All office staff is working from home.
- Implementing hourly cleaning of our Production and Fulfillment facilities with hospital grade disinfectants. All employees use, masks, face shields, hand sanitizers, hand soap etc.
- Spraying down production and packaging equipment, inbound and outbound equipment with hospital grade sanitizers multiple times per day.
- Practicing mandatory social distancing from others while working at all production and fulfillment facilities.
- Enforcing the implementation of masks and gloves, further reducing the transference of COVID 19.
- Strategically adjusting shift and break times to allow for social distancing.
