Indonesian Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Maud's Sumatra Coffee
• 1 knob fresh ginger
• 10-12 green cardamom pods, crushed
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• Ice

Instructions:

1. In a cup, combine ginger, crushed cardamom and brown sugar together.
2. Place cup under the brewer and brew Sumatra coffee hot, add ice, and enjoy!
