SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders*. Most items are shipped via US Postal Service*. With US Postal Service Priority Mail, you can get your light weight sample packages in as little as 2-3 days and most other packages within 5 or less business days*. Orders are shipped to home and business addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. Some restrictions may apply.

* There is an additional $10.00 Shipping fee for Alaska & Hawaii. We do not offer shipping to Canada. Sorry :( We're still working on how to get you our products to you for less!

Most orders are shipped out the same day we process your order. Orders are shipped from our headquarter location in San Diego, California, unless otherwise specified. Occasionally, out of stock items may be shipped with a delay. We cannot 

Orders are processed during business weekdays only: Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will typically be processed the next business day.

* Occasionally, out of stock items may be shipped with a delay. Our coffee is small batch roasted (not mass produced), which means sometimes having to wait just a bit while our 5th Generation Roastmaster, Jeff, roasts up another batch for you. We really appreciate your understanding :) ...

 ARE YOUR KUPS COMPATIBLE WITH KEURIG®?

Yes. Our kups are compatible with all Keurig® and K Cup® machines. Currently our kups are not compatible with Keurig® 2.0 system. However, we will have 2.0 compatible kups in approximately 6-8 weeks.

ARE YOUR KUPS RECYCLABLE?

Yes. At Intelligent Blends, we’re big on promoting sustainablity, which is why we’re especially excited to be using only our own award-winning innovative #5 Recyclable Eco Kups. 3 Simple Steps to Recycling an Eco Kup: 1. Let your kup cool down. 2. Peel lid and dump contents. The lids have been specifically developed to peel off easily. 3. Recycle your kup!

No. Sorry, but we do not make any single-serve products that work with the VUE® brewing systems.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

At Intelligent Blends we recognize happy customers as the most important thing in our business, so we want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from us.

While Intelligent Blends makes no guarantees that flavors, blends, or other beverages will appeal to you, we want you to order from us with total confidence. If you are not completely satisfied, we will handle your return promptly by either exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund. Please note the terms and conditions below. If you have any questions or would like assistance, you may reach us online through our contact form and/or request to speak with a customer support representative.

The following terms and conditions apply to returns and exchanges:

  • Intelligent Blends will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this include damaged and defective items, which may have their own return policy. We require receipt, packing slip or other proof of purchase.
  • Returned merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
  • Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. Exceptions include if we have made an error and decide to make reasonable exceptions like arranging for the item to be returned at our expense.
  • Coffee machines and other specified items over $99.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via our contact form and request to speak with a customer service representative. Claims against a common carrier must be made by us. Save all packaging for any claims.
  • Please specify the reason(s) for return.


Damaged Products:
If merchandise arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and let the carrier keep and return the product to us. Any product accepted with visual damage should be documented with the carrier in order for us to file a claim. Please keep the original box and packaging. You must then notify Intelligent Blends immediately. We will arrange for an inspection and pickup of damaged merchandise if needed. The customer bears all risks associated with merchandise after receipt thereof, including those associated with merchandise returned to Intelligent Blends until we receive it back. Intelligent Blends reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange on any product or equipment depending on individual circumstances.
